At The Parlor Salon, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and care. We understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly ask that you respect our time and that of our other clients by following our cancellation and late policy.
Cancellation Policy: We respectfully request a 24-hour notice of cancellation for any booked appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. This policy is in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain the highest level of service.
Late Policy: If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that traffic and other unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that our other clients are not inconvenienced. If we do need to reschedule your appointment due to lateness, the cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may still apply.
Confirmation Policy: To ensure that our clients are aware of their scheduled appointments, we send out electronic confirmations via email 48 hours prior to the appointment and text message 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you do not receive these confirmations, please contact us to confirm your appointment.
